Downtown

Neighborhoods in Downtown Santa Fe include: The Historic East Side and Canyon Road, South Capital, and the Railyard District.

Located in the heart of Santa Fe, a city dating back to 1610, many of these homes are charming pieces of the city’s history; however, moderrn lofts and newer developments can be found in and around Santa Fe’s city core. The trendy and vibrant Railyard District offers the Railrunner service to and from Albuquerque. This neighborhood features attractions that include galleries, restaurants, hotels, shops, public arts spaces and The Santa Fe Farmer’s Market. Just a few blocks East of the Historic Santa Fe Plaza is the famous Canyon Road. Nestled in The Historic Eastside neighborhood the beautiful street boasts over 100 world class art galleries and an array of dining options. Just a couple of blocks south of the Round House Capitol Building (yes, Santa Fe is the Capitol of New Mexico!) is the lovely South Capitol neighborhood. From the Adobe pueblo style homes to the Victorian and Craftsmen era bungalows and estates this area offers charm and diversity.
